1.GIVE RESPECT : Any one wishes respect from their colleagues from a working atmosphere .So before you wish respect from others learn to respect others .So that you will have a comfort zone in your working area.

2.TRUST AND BE TRUSTED :An important aspect that comes under this category is trust. First thing that you should do is trust others. Next thing that you should remember is be trusted. Do not share any intimate matters with others. You can be open but do not share the secrets of others. Whether it might be your personal or professional matters, but be careful before revealing anything.

3.PROVIDE FEEDBACK FOR YOURSELF : Everyday you must evaluate yourself .If you have done anything wrong with your colleagues, be honest to them and ask for their forgiveness. Somehow we will be out of our mind while at work so please be nice to others or say sorry for what you have done that day. No matter how they react to you but do what you can do good from your side.

4.RECIEVE FEEDBACK WITH A SMILE : When your colleague presents your feedback keep a smile and listen to them till it ends. No matter whether it is negative or positive feedback. If it is negative, remember it is an honest review, and feel positive so that you could improve for yourself in future. If it is a positive feedback you can appreciate yourself and remember not to get diverted from it.
